**Return Policy**

Due to the nature of all items being custom and personalized, ALL SALES are FINAL (NO exceptions).  I DO NOT offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason.

**Shipping Policy**

I am NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN or MIS-DELIVERED items via USPS.  You will need to contact USPS to file a claim regarding your item if this happens.  No refunds or replacements are given in ANY circumstance that occurs from an USPS issue.

**Damaged Items**

If you happen to receive an item that is DAMAGED or INCORRECT, you MUST contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item (I will check the delivery via tracking).  Send me an email along with 3 pictures of the damaged item(s) INCLUDING the package it arrived in.  Your message will then be reviewed and you will receive a reply within 72 hours regarding your damaged item(s).  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

**Privacy Policy**

I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information 
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
